About Senior Cat Notes
A free library made by the team behind PawLine, focused on the daily care of older cats. We explain veterinary sources in plain language and keep observation separate from diagnosis. PawLine app, patent pending.
Our source method
The guides draw on Cornell Feline Health Center and the 2021 AAHA/AAFP Feline Life Stage Guidelines, linked below. Sources were checked on November 8, 2026. Age definitions vary, so we name the source instead of presenting one threshold as universal. No invented prevalence, outcomes or reviews.
Limits
These pages are general information, not veterinary advice or a substitute for an examination. The local check-in tool stores what you enter; it cannot interpret symptoms. PawLine is the app behind the site, not an independent reviewer. Free to download; see the store listing for current offers, pricing and trial terms.
